Product Manager (Native AI Products & New Ventures)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; Workplace: Hybrid

Salary: €5,000–€7,000 gross per month, with flexibility based on skills and competencies.

What you will do

• Continuously explore the AI and data landscape, customer needs, competitors, and research to identify new product opportunities.
• Define, prototype, and validate AI-native product concepts from early hypotheses to first paying customers.
• Develop product strategy for LLMs, AI agents, intelligent automation, and related technologies.
• Partner with product engineers to design AI experiences, define evaluation criteria, and ship production-ready features.
• Shape simple, clear customer experiences that solve real user problems.
• Communicate uncertainty, trade-offs, and early signals to align leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience building new products and ideally at least one 0-to-1 or early-stage launch.
• Deep familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, embedding models, RAGs, MCPs, and their application to real product value.
• Strong customer discovery, validation, experimentation, and product judgment skills.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments without an established roadmap or playbook.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and building alignment around uncertain bets.
• Resilience, low ego, and commitment to continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building or shipping AI-native products such as copilots, agents, AI search, or intelligent data tools.
• Familiarity with web data, crawling infrastructure, or data extraction.
• Experience in an early-stage startup or a new ventures or innovation team.
• Experience working with ML teams on model evaluation, prompt engineering, or AI product QA.
