Program Director (Behavioral Health)

Location: On-site in Longmont, Colorado, USA

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually with a bonus structure

What you will do

• Supervise patient admissions, medication delivery, and patient processing.
• Manage daily treatment-center operations, schedules, staffing levels, and expenditures.
• Lead, mentor, recruit, and develop team members while supporting hiring and termination processes with HR.
• Monitor patient progress, service delivery, complaints, program performance, and quality of care.
• Coordinate training programs and audits and serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer.
• Implement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory and accrediting requirements.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in substance abuse treatment services.
• Experience with operations, compliance, safety, accreditation, and quality of care.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Longmont, Colorado, on a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with on-call duties.
