Psychiatrist (Virtual - Remote) - MD - 1099 Contractor

Location: Remote within the United States; full-time U.S. residency required. An unrestricted Maryland state license is required; licenses in other states are a plus. Providers must have office space available for client appointments.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care through live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-ups.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, mental health risk assessments, and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document treatment recommendations.
• Message patients and prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.
• Provide culturally responsive care across a broad range of diagnoses, clinical complexity, and severity levels.

Requirements

• Board-certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted Maryland state license required; licenses in other states are a plus.
• Active DEA license strongly preferred.
• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
• Must have office space with the ability to see clients.
• Ability to provide evidence-based medication treatment following clinical best-practice guidelines.
