Associate Therapist

Location: Remote from the United States; position listed in Ohio. Work must be performed from a private home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements. Schedule options are 10 a.m.–7 p.m. or 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Salary: $60,000–$63,000 annual base salary, with an incentive bonus structure. Compensation varies by the clinician’s state of residence.

What you will do

• Provide outpatient mental health services through a telehealth program.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Support diagnosis and treatment planning for mental health and substance abuse conditions.
• Partner with clients to establish and achieve treatment goals.
• Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and professional licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Fluency in English.
• Private home workspace meeting patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive assessments.
• Ability to meet background and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• Spanish fluency; additional compensation is available for bilingual candidates.
• Proficiency in other languages.
