Pre-Licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist (Remote, MA)

Location: Fully remote, but an active Massachusetts license is required; periodic in-person retreats may take place.

Starting annual salary: $70,000. Compensation increases after obtaining full independent licensure according to company practices.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to patients and families.
• Use measurement-based care to inform treatment planning and monitor outcomes.
• Lead and collaborate with care team members, including coaches and psychiatrists.
• Facilitate CBT-based skills and skills-practice groups for parents and caregivers, incorporating ACT and PMT concepts.
• Provide feedback on curricula, training protocols, and technology applications in treatment.
• Maintain risk-management awareness and complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts provisional or associate license in social work or counseling, with a relevant master's degree, or a Ph.D./Psy.D. in psychology as a pre-licensed psychologist.
• Graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training.
• Experience working with children and adolescents; experience with anxiety and related disorders is valuable.
• Training or experience in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, or DBT is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, openness to new technologies, strong written and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to obtaining independent licensure within six months for master's-level clinicians or nine months for doctoral-level psychologists after completing the required supervised experience and state requirements.
