What you will do

• Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to patients and families.
• Use measurement-based care to inform treatment planning.
• Lead and collaborate with other care team members (e.g., coach and psychiatrist).
• Facilitate CBT-based skills or skills practice groups for parents/caregivers, integrating ACT and PMT elements.
• Provide feedback on program curricula, training protocols, and technology applications in treatment.
• Maintain awareness of risk management issues and complete timely, thorough documentation.

Requirements

• Licensure/education: Provisional/Associate Social Work License + MSW, or Provisional/Associate Counseling License + master’s degree, or Pre-Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or PsyD) from an accredited program.
• Graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training required.
• Background working with children and adolescents with anxiety and related disorders (preferably both).
• Experience/training delivering evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with new technologies.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
