Pre-Licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist (Remote, PA)

Location: Remote within the United States; active Pennsylvania license required. Periodic in-person retreats may be required.

Salary: $70,000 annual starting salary; compensation increases after obtaining full independent licensure.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to children, adolescents, young adults, and families.
• Use measurement-based care to guide treatment planning and monitor outcomes.
• Lead and collaborate with care team members, including coaches and psychiatrists.
• Facilitate CBT-based skills and skills-practice groups for parents and caregivers, incorporating ACT and PMT techniques.
• Provide feedback on curricula, training protocols, and technology applications in treatment.
• Maintain risk-management awareness and complete thorough, timely documentation.

Requirements

• Provisional or associate counseling license and a master's degree from an accredited graduate program.
• Active Pennsylvania license required.
• Graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training.
• Background working with children and adolescents, anxiety, or related disorders.
• Basic computer skills, openness to new technologies, and strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Commitment to obtaining independent licensure within six months for master's-level clinicians or nine months for doctoral-level psychologists, subject to documented circumstances outside reasonable control.

Nice to have

• Experience or training in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, or DBT.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with anxiety and related disorders.
