Psychiatric Clinician (PMHNP/PA) Tennessee Licensed

Location: Remote within the United States, with an active Tennessee license and residence within an hour of Memphis for a monthly in-person collaborator visit. Candidates located farther away must have their own collaborating physician.

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 annual compensation based on 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations through video consultations.
• Educate clients about ketamine therapy, safety, treatment science, and the care experience.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and individualized clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with hirify.global guides to provide coordinated, whole-person care.
• Build client trust through responsive, professional, and high-quality video consultations.
• Improve clinical protocols and the care model using insights from client work.

Requirements

• Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant licensed in Tennessee.
• At least six months of psychiatric experience and an active DEA registration.
• Experience conducting complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnosing depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
• Warm, professional video consultation style and strong commitment to clinical excellence.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly, troubleshoot independently, and use AI to improve client outcomes and administrative efficiency.
• Availability for a monthly in-person collaborator visit near Memphis, or an independently arranged collaborating physician.
