Pre-Licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist (Remote, RI)

Location: Remote, US; active Rhode Island licensure required

Starting annual salary: $70,000. Compensation increases after obtaining full independent licensure.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to children, adolescents, young adults, and families.
• Use measurement-based care to inform treatment planning and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with care team members, including coaches and psychiatrists.
• Facilitate CBT-based skills and skills-practice groups for parents and caregivers, incorporating ACT and PMT concepts.
• Provide feedback on curricula, training protocols, and technology-enabled treatment applications.
• Maintain risk management awareness and complete timely, thorough documentation.

Requirements

• Active Rhode Island provisional or associate license required.
• Provisional or associate social work license with a master's degree from an accredited school of social work, or provisional or associate counseling license with a master's degree from an accredited graduate program.
• Graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training.
• Experience working with children and adolescents, anxiety and related disorders, or both.
• Basic computer skills, openness to new technologies, and strong written and interpersonal communication.
• Commitment to obtaining independent licensure within six months for master's-level clinicians or nine months for doctoral-level psychologists after completing required supervised experience.

Nice to have

• Experience and training in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, or DBT.
• Experience with pediatric anxiety and related disorders.
