FP&A and M&A Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and automate weekly, monthly, and quarterly FP&A reporting and planning processes.
• Monitor the organization’s three financial statements and identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency.
• Maintain the chart of accounts with Accounting and Finance teams to support accurate financial reporting.
• Perform ad hoc analysis of financial performance, trends, ratios, variances, and risks.
• Build state-specific financial forecasts with Operations, launch, and Marketing teams.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration by evaluating target-company financial and operational metrics and identifying potential synergies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, automation, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of the three financial statements, financial ratios, and basic valuation methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Python, or VBA for data analysis, visualization, business intelligence, or automation.
