Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain

Location: Hybrid from the West Hills, California office three days per week, with two work-from-home days.

Salary: National target base pay range of $80,000–$133,000; California and New York metro target base pay range of $88,000–$146,000. The package may also include an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with Procurement and centralized Supply Chain stakeholders on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical support.
• Build, maintain, and improve financial models, Power BI dashboards, and management reporting covering material costs, purchase price variance, cost drivers, and operational performance.
• Deliver month-end close support, including variance analysis, journal entries, account reconciliations, and management reporting in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
• Perform ad hoc analyses supporting strategic initiatives, cost optimization, profitability improvement, and operational decisions.
• Automate reporting, improve data quality, streamline financial processes, and advance analytical capabilities.
• Present recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and centralized Supply Chain functions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, or a related field requiring strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Advanced analytical, Excel, and financial modeling skills, including sophisticated financial models, large-dataset analysis, management reporting, and data transformation techniques such as Power Query.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards and management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close, GAAP, and ERP systems such as JD Edwards (JDE).
• Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, influencing, organizational, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound business judgment, take ownership, and deliver high-quality results.
