Manager, Data Center Facilities (AI)

Location: Based at the Memphis, Tennessee campus; extended hours, weekends, and 24/7 on-call support may be required.

What you will do

• Lead facilities maintenance across an assigned portfolio of campus office and support buildings.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, electrical systems, generators, janitorial services, landscaping, and general maintenance.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, break/fix response, and after-hours emergency support.
• Manage third-party service providers, contracts, budgets, and service quality.
• Partner with construction teams on site improvement projects.
• Coach technicians and maintain safety, quality, cleanliness, cost, and response-time standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain.
• 5+ years of professional experience in facilities engineering or project management.
• Experience leading technicians or trades in an office, industrial, or campus environment.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and service costs.
• Knowledge of building management, automated facilities monitoring, HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, electrical, or related systems.
• Must be based at the Memphis, Tennessee campus and able to provide 24/7 on-call support.
