Commissioning Manager (Data Center)

What you will do

• Own the field commissioning program across all MEP systems on hyperscale data center projects at 100MW+.
• Lead every commissioning phase from pre-functional testing through functional performance testing and Integrated Systems Testing.
• Manage startup and energization sequencing for chillers, dry coolers, FCUs, pumps, HVAC, switchgear, UPS, generators, and BMS/EPMS.
• Own the six-week look-ahead and constraint log to resolve upstream issues before they impact the schedule.
• Run site meetings with clients, consultants, and trades to present status, risks, and recovery plans.
• Travel at least 50% to project sites.

Requirements

• Must have US work authorization.
• Proven experience owning large-scale commissioning programs as a superintendent on hyperscale data centers at 100MW+.
• Deep mechanical commissioning expertise on chillers, dry coolers, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, and HVAC in redundant live environments.
• Strong electrical and controls command to lead integrated MEP commissioning.
• Experience working on the owner's-rep or client side.
• Proficiency in six-week look-ahead scheduling, visual planning tools, and OSHA safety standards in mission-critical environments.
