Data Center GM (AI)

Location: United States, starting with the Missouri site and expanding to additional U.S. locations

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 USD base compensation annually

What you will do

• Own end-to-end data center operations across the Midwest region, including critical facilities and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure uptime, performance, SLA delivery, safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence across all sites.
• Scale operations from the Missouri site to a multi-site regional footprint.
• Hire, lead, and develop data center managers and operations teams.
• Manage operational relationships with vendors, utilities, service providers, and other external partners.
• Drive incident response, root cause analysis, process standardization, monitoring, and operational improvements in partnership with engineering, network, and hardware teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations.
• Experience leading data center operations teams and site managers.
• Strong knowledge of critical environment infrastructure, including power, cooling, and environmental systems.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and external stakeholders.
• Experience operating in high-availability, large-scale environments and building and scaling teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proof of employment eligibility.

Nice to have

• Experience in hyperscale or multi-site regional environments.
• Knowledge of server hardware, rack infrastructure, Linux systems, DHCP, DNS, monitoring systems, and performance analysis.
• Experience supporting data center expansions or new site builds.
