Senior Technical Program Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: New York, New York; San Francisco, California; or Seattle, Washington, United States. Hybrid work model for office-based teams.

Annual base salary: $160,000–$220,000 USD, plus discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive execution across infrastructure programs covering network, compute, storage, datacenter expansion, and hardware or platform rollouts.
• Own program planning, milestone definition, dependency management, and delivery across parallel workstreams.
• Coordinate Infra Engineering, Network, Datacenter Operations, Hardware, Security, and Platform teams.
• Manage infrastructure readiness for deployment, hardware bring-up, new GPU architectures, and customer usage.
• Track risks and blockers and provide leadership with concise progress updates and mitigation plans.
• Improve execution frameworks, tooling, and program visibility across the infrastructure organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in infrastructure, cloud, or distributed systems environments.
• Strong experience coordinating technical workstreams across network, compute, storage, and datacenter infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs without being the deepest domain expert in every area.
• Experience working across multiple infrastructure domains and managing several programs simultaneously.
• Strong communication, program planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with infrastructure scale-out, hardware deployment, or capacity expansion programs.
• Familiarity with GPU and compute platforms, network infrastructure, storage systems, or datacenter operations.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure readiness for new hardware or platform rollouts.
• Background in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Experience partnering across hardware, network, and platform or software teams.
