What you will do

• Own cluster bootstrapping, cabling, and fit-out execution from initial deployment through production readiness.
• Verify onsite work against Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and proactively remove onsite blockers.
• Lead technical readiness reviews and drive preventative solutions for recurring technical issues across sites.
• Manage schedules, dependencies, and program-level risks across multiple concurrent deployments.
• Translate technical complexity into executive-ready updates and navigate customer/vendor escalations.
• Mentor TPMs and develop scalable operating mechanisms to improve deployment processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an onsite TPM or Deployment Lead supporting data center construction or GPU cluster deployments.
• Hands-on experience interpreting and applying Low-Level Designs (LLDs) to verify implementation.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple complex infrastructure deployments simultaneously.
• Strong technical credibility and experience driving accountability from third-party vendors.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively and remain onsite for extended periods during active deployment phases.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
