Salary: $192,000–$238,000 USD annually, plus bonus potential and early-stage equity.

What you will do
- Own and drive the Physical AI Platform roadmap across multiple engineering teams.
- Sequence milestones, clarify ownership, and coordinate cross-team dependencies and critical paths.
- Lead reliability and scalability programs covering SLOs, launch readiness, and capacity planning.
- Maintain risk registers and ensure incident follow-through through resolution.
- Align platform stakeholders on scope, trade-offs, status, and delivery risks.
- Coordinate releases and establish operational rituals, escalation paths, and decision records.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of technical program management experience for platform or infrastructure software across multiple teams.
- Experience managing cross-team dependencies, critical paths, and risk registers for multi-quarter programs.
- Hands-on familiarity with SLOs, launch readiness, capacity planning, release processes, or incident management.
- Technical credibility when working with backend, platform/SRE, and QA engineers.
- Demonstrated ability to influence delivery and make difficult decisions without direct authority.
- Clear communication skills for translating between engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Systems engineering or program experience in regulated and safety-critical domains such as aerospace, manufacturing, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Exposure to GAMP 5, FDA CSA, DO-178C, or ISA-95.
- Experience with robotics, hardware-in-the-loop, scientific computing, or lab automation.
- SRE-adjacent experience with observability, on-call operations, or incident management.
- Experience with data pipelines, capacity and cost planning, or ML/AI infrastructure.
