IT Asset Specialist (Quincy)

Location: Quincy, Washington, United States; full-time onsite position at the Quincy data center, Monday–Friday day shift.

Annual base salary: $70,000–$80,000 USD, plus eligible bonus, equity, and benefits.

hirify.global builds an end-to-end platform for developing, training, and deploying AI systems and operates data center infrastructure through its merger with Voltage Park.

What you will do

• Track on-site assets, inbound and outbound shipments, and complete asset lifecycle records from procurement through disposal.
• Maintain inventory-system data integrity, conduct audits, and improve systems, tooling, reporting, and procedures.
• Manage parts inventory, stock levels, usage reports, RMAs, and vendor escalations.
• Inspect, log, package, store, and ship hardware while maintaining accurate chain-of-custody documentation.
• Manage physical and system access, approve vendor access requests, and coordinate on-site vendors.
• Partner with the IT Asset Manager, Data Center Technicians, and Site Manager to apply company-wide asset standards.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, ownership, and communication skills.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with database systems.
• Experience with ticketing systems and the ability to resolve ambiguous issues independently.
• Basic knowledge of computer components, IT hardware, and infrastructure.
• Experience or exposure to IT or data center environments.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
