Forward Deployed Engineer

Location: On-site in New York City, Europe, or San Francisco

Salary: $150,000–$240,000 per year, plus equity and commission opportunities

What you will do

• Lead customer implementations from initial setup through integration and launch.
• Integrate hirify.global with NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce, and other ERP and workflow systems.
• Write production-quality Python, scripts, automations, and custom technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Identify deployment inefficiencies, build documentation and internal tools, and improve implementation workflows.
• Visit client sites, deploy solutions, build customer relationships, and provide product feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Implementations Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Fluency in Python and experience with modern integration technologies, including APIs, ETL/ELT, and enterprise authentication.
• Experience working with Sales teams in both pre-sales and post-sales contexts.
• Ownership mindset and a strong bias toward building and improving.
• Experience in startups or high-growth environments.
• Availability for on-site work and travel to client sites.
