Software Engineer (AI/Fintech)

Location: New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Remote. The role is listed as on-site, while remote work is also fully supported.

Salary: $209.5K–$246.5K annually, plus equity.

hirify.global is a Series C fintech company building an AI-native operating system for regulated finance, beginning with mortgage servicing.

What you will do

• Design and build robust, extensible infrastructure for complex federal, state, and agency regulations.
• Build scalable software applications and systems from scratch with fast turnaround.
• Learn the inner workings of the mortgage servicing industry and translate that complexity into reliable software.
• Work with Product and Design to define effective customer experiences.
• Apply new concepts and technologies to challenging engineering problems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience building quality applications at scale.
• Experience with web or mobile application development, large-scale distributed systems, or infrastructure management.
• Ability to build scalable systems from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Strong time-management skills.
