Technical Talent Partner

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa; flexible hybrid work required in the Cape Town area

hirify.global is hiring for its Central Services Talent Acquisition function.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing and approval through offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
• Recruit technical and non-technical talent, including Manual Testers, Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product, Project Management, Business Analysis, and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders across South Africa, the UK, and Europe to define requirements and provide market guidance.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct sourcing, and other relevant channels.
• Maintain candidate, vacancy, and pipeline data in Workable and provide accurate recruitment reporting.
• Identify process and system improvements, supporting recruitment technology, automation, and evidence-based assessment practices.

Requirements

• Experience managing full lifecycle recruitment in an in-house or agency environment.
• Proven experience recruiting technical talent, including software engineering, testing, quality assurance, or engineering leadership roles.
• Strong direct sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.
• Experience conducting structured recruiter calls and managing multiple vacancies across functions, levels, or locations.
• Strong stakeholder management, organisation, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively on a flexible hybrid basis in the Cape Town area.

• Recruitment experience across South Africa, the UK, or European markets.
• Experience recruiting technical and non-technical roles in a technology-led organisation.
• Experience with Workable, matrix organisations, geographically dispersed teams, or cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Interest in recruitment technology, automation, and process improvement.
