Recruitment Manager (Technology)

What you will do

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 11 Recruitment Consultants.
• Set team direction, improve performance and drive revenue growth.
• Operate a hands-on 360 temporary recruitment desk.
• Build relationships with technology clients and stakeholders across Birmingham and surrounding areas.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Support complex roles, client strategy, compliance and wider office initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience as a Recruitment Manager, Senior Consultant or above.
• Experience in technology or another complex, technical or regulated recruitment market.
• Strong track record in contract or permanent recruitment and business development.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Commercial mindset, strong communication skills and confidence influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
