Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $99,000–$206,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the government’s primary point of contact for contract performance.
• Manage, coordinate, and oversee contractor and subcontractor activities.
• Facilitate communication between the government and hirify.global.
• Track, manage, and document contract requirements and performance activities using project management methodologies.
• Monitor and report project status, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and performance metrics.
• Identify and communicate contractual, programmatic, schedule, staffing, and resource risks, and commit organizational resources as needed.

Requirements

• Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• At least 10 years of experience managing programs or projects of comparable size, scope, and complexity within the past 10 years.
• Experience within the past five years planning, overseeing, and determining workforce requirements for complex projects involving diverse technical disciplines and skill sets.
• Experience within the past five years managing contract finances and monitoring performance, including KPIs and performance metrics.
