Program Director (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Oversee managers, personnel, processes, and daily activities supporting multi-agency 24x7x365 cybersecurity event monitoring and intermediate cyber threat analysis.
• Engage directly with multiple government clients and support technical team leads, customer briefings, and strategic presentations.
• Manage recruiting, staff retention, performance standards, career development, and timesheet review and approval.
• Oversee concurrent project delivery, technical planning, estimating, scheduling, risk management, and backlog assessment.
• Prepare contract and financial status reports, deliverable schedules, and quality documentation.
• Provide strategic and technical insights, innovation concepts, whitepapers, and senior-level consulting for the integrated defense of the Intelligence Community information environment.

Requirements

• Top Secret SCI clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s degree and PMP certification.
• 10–12 years of experience in management, project management, or customer-facing leadership supporting Intelligence Community or Department of Defense agencies.
• Experience briefing senior government leadership, managing personnel, and handling recruiting, performance reviews, retention, and career progression.
• Experience with government contract financial reporting, deliverables, concurrent project delivery, and technical project planning.
• Must work on-site in Reston, Virginia.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree with 10 years of experience.
• Active DoD 8570 IAT certification.
• Experience supporting IC, DoD, or similar cyber missions.
• Established relationships with DIA and ODNI and experience with CPARS.
• Experience serving as a proposal key-bid Program Manager for future IC account programs.
