What you will do

• Design and manage digital customer journeys across onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, loyalty, and advocacy.
• Execute and optimize automated customer touch programs using Planhat and related platforms.
• Build lifecycle campaigns, success plays, communications, and customer engagement workflows.
• Use AI tools to personalize customer experiences, create content and insights, and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate webinars, office hours, customer education programs, and digital events.
• Track engagement metrics, identify health and churn signals, and report on opportunities for retention and expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Lifecycle Marketing, Digital Programs, Marketing Operations, or a related field.
• Experience with Planhat, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Strong program management, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience building and executing automated customer lifecycle campaigns.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, OT/ICS security, or B2B technology.
• Experience using AI tools to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
