Automotive Technical Specialist (Dutch Speaker)

What you will do

• Provide technical helpdesk support to authorized repairers, customer dealers, independent operators, and internal teams.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns, perform root cause analysis, and guide technicians through repair processes.
• Respond to technical inquiries by phone and electronic channels and escalate complex cases when required.
• Document cases, diagnostic information, and technical data in internal systems.
• Coordinate Field Engineer visits and occasional vehicle testing and servicing arrangements.
• Share technical insights with engineers, project managers, dealership staff, and internal agents while contributing to training and product knowledge exchange.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of automotive experience, ideally in a senior dealership workshop role.
• Degree in automotive technology or equivalent technical education.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and experience using diagnostic tools.
• Analytical, organized, and customer-focused approach.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• HV/EV certification, such as HV EV Specialist, DGUV L2+, or IMI Level 4, is advantageous.
