Expert ASIC Analog Design Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Act as the technical authority for analog and mixed-signal high-voltage ASIC development in automotive products.
• Own chip-level architecture and trade-offs involving performance, safety, EMC/ESD, testability, cost, schedule, and manufacturability.
• Define and implement analog blocks such as SMPSs, LDOs, gate drivers, charge pumps, sensor interfaces, and protection circuits in BCD technologies.
• Translate system and customer requirements into chip- and block-level specifications while identifying risks and verification needs.
• Drive analog-on-top and chip-level integration across design, verification, layout, test, technology, and quality teams.
• Review critical designs and validation plans, improve methodologies, and mentor engineers across projects.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, or a comparable field.
• Expert-level experience in analog/mixed-signal, high-voltage, high-power ASIC design in the automotive domain.
• Long-term experience with analog-on-top simulation environments and mixed-signal verification.
• Strong knowledge of BCD technologies, analog circuit theory, physical layout, functional safety, and reliability engineering.
• Proven tape-out and successful silicon validation experience, plus exposure to EMC/ESD design and robustness testing.
• Very good written and spoken English is required.
