Quality Specialist (Engineering)

What you will do

• Define quality requirements, quality gates, and process control plans for new product launches.
• Support early-stage product development to ensure products satisfy quality specifications after launch.
• Develop quality procedures and conduct training sessions for the organization.
• Lead quality operations for specific product families, coordinating production activities to achieve business targets.
• Act as the primary reference for suppliers and customers during process audits to ensure compliance.
• Manage non-conformity issues and lead root cause analysis (RCA) using the DMAIC approach.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be based in or able to work in Rome, Italy.
• Knowledge of Statistical Analysis and statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
• Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Experience of 5+ years in similar roles is considered a plus.

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology.
