What you will do

• Design, develop, install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and network equipment across user workspaces and network/DEMARC rooms.
• Provide Tier 1 system administration and resolve complex break/fix issues in person and remotely.
• Install and decommission CAT6 and LC/SC fiber cabling, including underfloor and above-ceiling runs.
• Support LAN/WAN design, architecture, installation standards, and facility-wide operational requirements.
• Set up and support Extron, AMX, and Crestron audio/video systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors on IT equipment, logistics, quotes, procurement, installation, inventory, and project execution.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Hands-on experience with fiber networking and switch configuration.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computing, networking, and video-conference systems.
• Ability to support IT operations across a campus and respond promptly to incidents.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and participate in engineering review boards and technical discussions.
