What you will do

• Provide technical support for end-user devices, peripherals, and network infrastructure.
• Schedule and coordinate desk-side support for software installations and hardware break/fix activities.
• Configure new end-user equipment including laptops, mobile devices, and VTC units.
• Investigate and resolve connectivity issues for site infrastructure and IT equipment.
• Participate in construction project planning by providing detailed facility IT specifications.
• Maintain IT infrastructure inventory and asset documentation.

Requirements

• Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Must be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• BA/BS technical degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Information Assurance Level Technician experience in a large government consulting environment.
• IAT Level II Certifications: CompTIA CySA+, CompTIA Security+, or EC-Council CND.
