Field Network Technician

Location: New Jersey, United States; work out of the New Jersey location with regular business travel to data center sites.

Salary: $83,200–$99,840 USD per year.

What you will do

• Prepare and deploy infrastructure for new data center and cloud launches.
• Troubleshoot hardware and L1 network issues in U.S. data centers.
• Coordinate remote IT operations with smart-hands providers at co-located facilities.
• Travel to support on-site installations, technical projects, and infrastructure expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to execute projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for service operations and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in project planning and technical problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of data center, server, and network equipment.
• Proficiency in IT hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Regular business travel availability and a valid driving license.
• Relevant entry-level certification, such as CCNA.
• Authorization to work in the United States and proof of employment eligibility.
