Network Analyst

Salary: $94,000–$113,000 per year plus a bonus targeted at 8% based on overall company performance.

What you will do

• Design, manage, maintain, upgrade, and back up enterprise WAN, LAN, VLAN, WLAN, and VoIP infrastructure.
• Operate and improve enterprise network services, including DNS, VPN, FTP, IIS, and ISA.
• Implement IT projects across WAN, LAN, server, and network platforms.
• Provide secondary management of network functions and hands-on support for local and remote users.
• Troubleshoot LAN, server, and PC issues while maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases.
• Evaluate system changes and manage project resources, personnel, and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a computer-related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 3 years of IT experience with Cisco, Microsoft, VoIP, WAN, LAN, VPN, and site-to-site VPN technologies.
• CCNA certification is required.
• Advanced knowledge of IT and technology, with the ability to troubleshoot networks, servers, and PCs hands-on.
• Project management, communication, documentation, and vendor-collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• CCNP or CCIE certification.
• Experience with Cisco CUCM, CUC, CUCCX, and SD-WAN.
