Enterprise Product Advisor (Database)

What you will do

• Identify high-potential enterprise accounts and map corporate structures, decision-makers, and stakeholders aligned with the ideal customer profile.
• Develop territory plans and execute multi-channel outbound prospecting across phone, email, and social platforms.
• Use open-source community interest, product downloads, and digital engagement to create qualified enterprise sales opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing and Enterprise Sales to design and execute account-based outbound campaigns.
• Conduct complex discovery calls, nurture early-stage opportunities, and provide qualified handoffs to Enterprise Sales Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect activity in Salesforce and Salesloft while meeting monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of B2B business development or outbound prospecting experience focused on enterprise accounts.
• BA/BS degree.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong active listening, communication, storytelling, and peer-level engagement skills with technical executives and developers.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation goals, with strong time management and independent working ability.
• Ability and interest to learn complex database and enterprise software products in a fast-paced technology environment.
