Social Affiliate Specialist (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Execute the social affiliate programme across key platforms, identifying, onboarding, and engaging creators and partners.
• Support affiliate campaigns designed to increase product visibility, engagement, and sales.
• Communicate with affiliate creators, provide operational support and creative guidance, and share performance insights.
• Monitor platform analytics and internal dashboards, identifying trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Manage partner tracking, commission setup, content approvals, compliance checks, and reporting.
• Track social commerce trends and competitor activity while improving affiliate workflows and partner processes.

Requirements

• Experience in social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in ecommerce or consumer brands.
• Fluent German and English.
• Understanding of social platform ecosystems, creator culture, and content trends across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Ability to interpret analytics and adjust campaign strategies based on performance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organisational, interpersonal, and commercial skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
