Manager, Creator Partnerships (Influencer Marketing)

Location: Berlin, Germany; flexible hybrid work with at least one day per week in the Berlin office, with Tuesday as the main office day.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end creator discovery, vetting, selection, and delivery for medium-to-large campaigns across the DACH region.
• Build and maintain relationships with creator talent, management agencies, and independent creators.
• Ensure campaign materials meet client expectations, brand standards, quality requirements, budget constraints, and brand-safety guidelines.
• Mentor Executives on sourcing strategies, agency negotiations, campaign execution, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Client Services and Strategy teams on DACH creator trends, talent feasibility, and campaign recommendations.
• Analyze campaign performance and creator database insights to improve talent recommendations while advancing DEI sourcing practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or an agency environment.
• Established relationships with creator talent, management agencies, and industry contacts across the DACH region.
• Strong knowledge of the creator economy, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and current content trends.
• Experience managing multiple campaign workflows under tight deadlines with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Experience or demonstrated potential in mentoring and onboarding junior team members, along with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Native or near-native German and professional working English are required.
