Paid Social Expert (Meta/TikTok)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid with onsite collaboration 3–4 days per week

What you will do

• Own Meta and TikTok acquisition for the Dental and Pet insurance verticals, including strategy, budgets, optimization, creative testing, CPA/CPO, and acquisition volume.
• Build the paid social growth roadmap and prioritize campaigns, investments, budgets, and creative experiments.
• Partner with the Dental and Pet GMs to align growth priorities, budgets, creative, and testing.
• Create and test ad creatives, using AI to develop hooks, concepts, and variations.
• Source, brief, and manage UGC creators directly or through agency partners.
• Test and scale additional channels such as Reddit and YouTube.

Requirements

• End-to-end ownership of Meta and TikTok as paid social channels in a D2C or app-based business.
• Demonstrated ability to reduce CPA/CPO and scale advertising spend profitably.
• Experience using Meta Business Manager, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools to guide budget, testing, and creative decisions.
• Hands-on ability to produce ad creatives and use AI to develop hooks, concepts, and variations.
• Fluent German and English required for campaigns and creative briefing in the German market.
• Must be based in Berlin and collaborate onsite 3–4 days per week.
