foodora is a quick-commerce and delivery company operating in six European markets as part of the hirify.global Group.

What you will do

  • Own People & Culture systems and processes, acting as a super user and aligning regional tools with Norwegian business needs.
  • Drive continuous compliance, improvement, and innovation across employee systems and processes.
  • Lead system adoption and implementation through training and employee information initiatives.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through reporting, data analysis, and identification of improvement areas.
  • Coordinate the link between People & Culture and payroll, including process and legal compliance.
  • Support People & Culture projects, People Partner cases, cultural initiatives, and governmental reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR technology, human resources, organizational psychology, or a relevant field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Solid experience with system development, implementations, training, and user experience.
  • Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and related processes.
  • Knowledge of Norwegian labor law, HSE, and people and organizational practices.
  • Fluent Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
