Company
is hiring an HR professional to support HR operations at its Saarlouis location.
What you will do
- Handle routine HR inquiries and complete employee HR transactions, including orientation, leave of absence, and exit meetings.
- Process HRIS transactions while maintaining data integrity and quality.
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and self-service tools, escalating issues to internal centers of expertise or external resources when necessary.
- Support location events, departmental HR projects, and initiatives.
- Maintain documentation for procedures, work processes, and reports.
- Analyze HR data, prepare scorecards and dashboards, identify performance gaps, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience handling HR operations, employee transactions, HR inquiries, and HRIS processes.
- Ability to analyze HR data and support KPI tracking, including absenteeism, turnover, overtime, and workforce flexibility.
- Ability to maintain the GFOS time management system.
- Ability to cooperate effectively with the workers council.
- Readiness to act as deputy for the HR Manager.
