What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of global pay transparency frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and other regional local legislation.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and Business Leaders to translate regulatory requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support pay equity analyses, salary band structures, and disclosure processes.
• Develop communication strategies to build understanding and trust regarding compensation.
• Participate in annual reward processes, benchmarking, and incentive programs.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, or HR consulting within an international environment.
• Deep knowledge of pay transparency regulations and equal pay methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for working with salary structures and job architecture.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into pragmatic business practices.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in advising senior stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to obtain security clearance and authorization in accordance with the Security Act.
