What you will do
- Partner with department leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
- Advise managers on organizational structure, performance management, employee development, and day-to-day HR matters.
- Guide employee relations cases and support investigations in line with policies and legal requirements.
- Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to provide data-informed recommendations.
- Support change management initiatives and deliver training for people leaders.
- Complete HR projects and follow the organization’s Code of Conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years in an HR Business Partner or generalist role.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.
- Strong consultative, influencing, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and discretion when handling sensitive matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, ADP, Workday, or Oracle is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or another regulated and growth-oriented industry.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or another HR certification.
