Senior People Partner

Location: Culver City, California; must be local to the greater Los Angeles area and work from the office 5 days a week.

What you will do

• Act as the primary People partner and trusted advisor for stakeholder groups.
• Identify business needs and improve organizational culture through human-centered and data-driven approaches.
• Design, launch, and improve People programs aligned with business roadmaps.
• Lead employee relations work, including investigations, documentation, and escalations.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, high-potential identification, and career development.
• Own performance management cycles, cross-functional projects, and leadership coaching.

Requirements

• 5+ years of People Business Partner experience.
• Credibility as a proactive and trusted thought partner to business leaders.
• Strong analytical and workforce analytics skills.
• Experience leading change management and organizational initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment and labor laws, with the ability to advise on complex U.S. and Canadian employment matters.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
