Business Operations Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA, USA

Salary: $170K – $220K plus equity

What you will do

• Run operating cadence for Product & Engineering including planning cycles, roadmap workflows, and initiative tracking
• Design and optimize key processes such as product reviews, retrospectives, and team syncs to drive clarity and velocity
• Build and maintain operational artifacts like roadmaps, planning documents, capacity trackers, and dashboards
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Design, Legal, Sales, and Operations teams
• Partner with product, engineering, and marketing leads to create scalable frameworks for goal-setting and execution
• Analyze operational data and feedback to identify friction points and improve execution and outcomes

Requirements

• Location: Must work on-site in San Francisco, CA
• 6-8+ years experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or Program Management in high-growth, product-led companies
• Proven ability to build and scale operational processes from scratch
• Strong organizational skills and ability to bring rigor and structure to ambiguous situations
• Excellent communication skills across stakeholders and levels
• Experience partnering with Legal, Product, Engineering, and third-party vendors

Nice to have

• Experience with outbound communications compliance regulations (TCPA, do-not-call, SMS sender registration)
• Experience at early-stage startups or scaling product organizations
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks, roadmap tools, or product analytics platforms
• Background in product management, engineering, or consulting with operational exposure
