Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule; in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with limited work-from-home flexibility on Wednesday and Friday

Salary: $202,000–$230,000 base salary per year, plus potential equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for AI Studio, connecting investments to customer impact, business outcomes, and Asana’s mission.
• Drive reporting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and usage-to-revenue metrics for a consumption-based AI product.
• Scale AI Studio to support millions of workflows with the quality, performance, and dependability required for system-critical enterprise processes.
• Ship automation capabilities for AI deployment across teams and organizations ranging from individual groups to thousands of users.
• Build enterprise trust through AI governance, administration controls, and change-management capabilities.
• Partner with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams across engineering, design, research, data science, and go-to-market.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience focused on AI, automation, workflow, or enterprise platform products.
• Fluency in workflow builders, rules engines, orchestration, triggers, actions, and integrations.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers managing workflows for thousands of users, including AI governance and system-critical processes.
• Track record of owning revenue or consumption metrics, reporting, and ROI analysis.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, tool use, and AI evaluations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners, customers, and leadership.
