Product Owner (Dutch Speaker)

Location: Hybrid in Groningen or Rotterdam, Netherlands; 50% at the office and 50% on-site with clients or remote.

What you will do

• Develop product vision and translate client needs into strategy and prioritized roadmaps.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs and write clear user stories for development and design teams.
• Lead advisory sessions with clients and balance scope, budget, planning, and feasibility.
• Use data and user insights to guide product decisions.
• Review and approve delivered functionality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or technical project manager in a software or agency environment.
• Medior or senior-level experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in Dutch and English.
• Ability to challenge clients constructively while balancing ambition and feasibility.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s level of working and thinking, with curiosity about AI and digital innovation.
