Sequence Engineer & SMIX Lead (EUV)

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; onsite shift-based work

Salary: €67,000–€75,500 gross annual fixed salary, including vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment, plus shift allowance. Profit sharing is not included.

What you will do

• Act as the FLS subject matter expert for service sequences and provide advanced support for GRE, GEAR, POD, and sequence-related tooling.
• Create, review, optimize, and combine sequences to improve execution quality and cycle time for complex Service Actions.
• Lead Service Mix organization and readiness with Manufacturing, FLS Competencies, System Delivery, PE, D&E, Program Management, and shopfloor stakeholders.
• Support high-priority escalations, daily execution reviews, and multi-competency action plans.
• Assess service sequence readiness for new hardware, upgrades, recovery scenarios, and new product introductions.
• Monitor quality, cycle time, and repeat disturbances while driving structural improvements, standards, and work instructions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, such as data analysis, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or physics.
• At least five years of relevant coordination or technical-field experience, including escalation management and operational organization.
• Strong experience in operational coordination and work preparation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and ownership skills.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders without formal authority and communicate with engineers, management, and senior stakeholders.
