HR Business Partner (iGaming)

Location: Karlsruhe, Germany. Relocation support is provided for moving to Karlsruhe.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Lead HR Business Partner, HR team, and leadership team to implement the People and Organisation strategy.
• Build partnerships with people managers and support the application of HR strategies, policies, leadership standards, and core values.
• Manage employee relations cases and advise managers and employees on people matters and risk mitigation.
• Coach management and leadership on talent management, learning and development, rewards, engagement, and retention.
• Use employee data and analytics to support business decisions and contribute to recruitment initiatives.
• Lead and contribute to HR roadmap projects and provide administrative support when required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Experience advising senior leaders, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and influencing people decisions across broad HR topics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience with HR systems, employee data, and analytics.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• English is essential as the company language. German is a plus.
