What you will do

• Lead and manage complex employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
• Coach senior leaders on performance management, engagement, and conflict resolution.
• Support organizational restructuring, change management, and consultation processes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and L&D teams to attract and develop high-performing talent.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the business.
• Use data and insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR interventions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in a Business Partner or senior advisory role.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed, or international organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations cases and organizational change.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching skills.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or a regulated environment.
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or Level 7) or equivalent preferred.
