What you will do
- Partner with managers to deliver HR strategies that support overall business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, employee development, and retention initiatives.
- Coach leaders on people-related matters and enhance leadership effectiveness.
- Ensure full compliance with German labor law and internal HR policies.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience, including specific HR Business Partner responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of German employment law.
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working within international and matrixed organizational environments.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting markets in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).
- Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
