HR Business Partner

Location: Singapore, Singapore, supporting hirify.global Singapore and Malaysia.

What you will do

• Shape and execute the people agenda and workforce plans for assigned business functions.
• Deploy HR processes, policies, programs, and projects while adapting them to Singapore and Malaysia labor laws and cultural practices.
• Design integrated HR interventions covering talent, performance, learning, organizational development, compensation, and employee relations.
• Coach managers and key employees, facilitate team development journeys, and address dysfunctional team dynamics.
• Manage workstreams in transformation programs and embed desired behaviors, culture, and organizational changes.
• Investigate HR data and complex employee relations cases, partnering with managers, Legal, Compliance, and HR expertise teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience across performance management, talent management and development, organizational development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR compliance, and employee relations.
• Experience with change management, coaching, team facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and HR consulting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, execution, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working on HR projects or contributing to HR initiatives.
• Southeast Asia work experience.
