What you will do

• Contribute to the strategy plan and establish effective execution measurements for the Bipolar Discretes Business Group.
• Generate fact-based business cases to support Senior Management decision-making.
• Steer revenue, margins, cost structures, and commercial decision-making.
• Develop, implement, and execute efficient business processes and financial controls.
• Support quarterly rolling financial forecasts and integral financial planning.
• Analyze financial management reporting to ensure complete and accurate monthly reporting.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance and Controlling or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in controlling business processes such as Sales, Operations, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management.
• Advanced expertise in management reporting and KPI design.
• Expertise in analytics and accuracy, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to challenge peers and management fairly, work independently under pressure, and improve processes continuously.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Nice to have

• Advanced understanding and practical usage of SAP ERP and SAP BW data models.
• Creativity, individual problem-solving skills, hands-on mentality, and strong team-player attitude.
