Senior Financial Controller for T-Systems Austria with German Language (m/f/d)

Location: Remote from Slovakia only; office location in Košice, Slovakia. Remote work outside Slovakia is not available due to European taxation regulations.

Salary: Base salary from €2,000 gross per month, depending on seniority and previous experience, plus a variable component and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Provide financial and strategic judgments on business transactions, measures, projects, technologies, and business models.
• Coordinate strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario studies for assigned business units.
• Prepare executive management reports and analyze actuals, forecasts, and budgets for key financial KPIs.
• Perform account and project controlling, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Calculate and book accruals, revenues, costs, true-ups, order entry, and order backlog transactions.
• Coordinate relevant financial closing processes globally and act as a senior operational authority without regular disciplinary responsibility.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics.
• At least 6 years of experience in finance.
• Expert knowledge of MS Office, advanced SAP skills, and intermediate Power BI skills.
• Expert analytical, result interpretation, reporting, and financial process overview skills.
• Advanced budgeting, planning, data analytics, communication, organization, ownership, and time-management skills.
• German at minimum B2 and English at minimum B2 are required.
